Importing

If you have never imported goods before it is actually quite a simple process. Our shipping company will ship goods door to door. They also arrange all the import formalities, customs clearance and local delivery.

For customers located in most North American and European countries the shipping and import charges can be paid locally.

For orders shipped by our shipping Co. the procedure is basically as follows:

We give you a quotation for the net price, export documents and shipping/import documents.

Assuming our shipping Co. will accept import and shipping charges when the order arrives at the port of discharge. You pay the net price plus $170 for Chinese export and currency control documents. Payment can be made by TT to our Hong Kong bank account or Letter of Credit to the government trade company we use in Shanghai.

Once we receive payment we will start to put the order together which can take 7-10 days.

In the meantime our shipping Co. will contact you to re-confirm the shipping quotation and discuss payment. They and our trade company will start to prepare the export, currency control and shipping documents.

As soon as the order is ready it will be picked up by the shipper and loaded into a container. 3-5 days later the container is loaded onto a ship.

You will be notified the estimated date of arrival at the port of discharge. You pay the shipping and import charges as directed by the shipper and your order will be delivered.

For smaller orders of 10-15 cartons

The only viable shipping option is P.O. registered delivery seafreight.

Once we receive payment we will start to put the order together which can take 7-10 days.

Shipping time is about 8 weeks and there is no guaranteed delivery date.
