Quality service allows us to
retain our existing customers. More importantly, they can recommend us to
their friends and colleagues with confidence.
Products
We only sell quality products
that we have tried and tested. International shipping is expensive, it would
be foolish to sell poor quality products that we might have to replace and
re-ship at our expense.
Ordering
Our store has inventory
control, you cannot order an item that is out of stock. To place an order is
a simple process, the only options available are airmail or surface
delivery.
Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock we
will usually re-stock it within 7-10 days. If you want to order an item that
is out of stock, please send us an email telling us the model number and
quantity. This will sometimes allow us to increase the number that we have
on order.

Credit card is our preferred
method of payment. For more information about security please click the
WorldPay logo on the main pages. You can also pay by personal check or bank
transfer, both have disadvantages. Personal checks take 20 business days to
clear. Bank transfer is quick, but like checks, offers no consumer
protection.
Dispatch
Items are dispatched 7 days a
week. Orders received up to 4 PM will be dispatched the same day.
Communication
When your credit card is
debited you will receive a detailed confirmation from WorldPay. When you
order is dispatched you will receive a detailed confirmation from us. This
confirmation will also include a parcel tracking code.
