Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

Generally speaking... We like satisfied customers and have assembled terms and policies that are fair to both our customers and to us. We provide a quick and easy way to communicate with us and all of our emails are answered within one business day. If you have a concern, question, dispute etc., please contact us first before you contact your credit card company. It's faster and less expensive for everyone involved.

To date we have not had a single complaint regarding damage in transit. For companies that ship internationally it is good business sense to pack things properly.

Damage... We pride ourselves on packing orders to prevent damage during shipping. Please check your order as soon as possible. Open the package and keep all packing materials until you are satisfied the goods are perfect. If the goods are damaged contact us as soon as possible and keep the package and materials as the shipper may wish to inspect them.

We inspect all items carefully prior to shipping. If an item is damaged in transit we would need to see the damaged item before we can refund or exchange an item. If you can supply a photograph in some cases the item may not have to be shipped back to us.

If an item is damaged, the customer can choose a full refund or replacement.
